So, the time has come! I’ve settled on a topic, the outline is filled out and ready to go, but I’m missing one big part: my field research. Here is where you come in! I’m writing my thesis on how digital self-curative media like blogs, pinterest, instagram, and twitter can affect creative professionals and open up new possibilities for community building, career opportunities, passions, and possibly even their over-all happiness. But, I need some help on proving that. Enter, you, you awesome creative blogger you. Your answers to this survey will help guide me towards where this thesis is heading. After getting back from Alt I know so many of you are filled with stories and passions and this world of blogging is only the beginning of where you all are headed in the future. I want to know your stories, the nitty gritty of why you interact with these media and how they’ve shaped your lives—so please share! Click the image above to take the survey.
Additionally, if you could pin this image, tweet about the survey, or generally social media the crap out of this, I’d be forever grateful! You’re the best.

I don’t have a set timeline, but I think it would be best to have this all collected within the next week so I can start going through the material and refining some research based on the findings. If you need more time, I’ll be writing until the end of March and could still very well use more info then!
